Ticket Terms & Conditions

DELETE:TUR // 001 · Le Goût Belge · 26 September 2026

1. Ticket Validity

Each ticket grants admission to the event stated on the ticket, subject to venue capacity, applicable age restrictions, venue rules and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Tickets may be scanned only once. Duplicated, cancelled, fraudulent or previously scanned tickets will not be accepted.

2. Age & Identification

Admission is subject to the age requirement stated on the event page. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at the entrance. Failure to provide valid identification may result in refused entry without refund.

3. Admission & Venue Rules

Possession of a valid ticket does not remove the obligation to comply with the rules of DELETEBXL and Le Goût Belge, security procedures, and instructions from venue or event staff. The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests who are violent, threatening, excessively intoxicated, harassing others, engaging in discriminatory or unwanted sexual behaviour, carrying prohibited items, creating a safety or security risk, or otherwise seriously disrupting the event. Refusal of entry or removal for such reasons does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Ticket purchases are final and normally non-refundable. A ticket holder who is unable, unwilling or no longer wishes to attend is not automatically entitled to a refund. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or where specifically announced by DELETEBXL.

5. Event Cancellation, Postponement or Changes

If the event is cancelled by DELETEBXL, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund procedure. If the event is postponed or materially changed, DELETEBXL will communicate the available options to ticket holders. Minor changes to DJs, performers, programme, timetable, event layout or other elements of the event do not automatically create a right to a refund.

6. Ticket Categories & Waves

DELETEBXL may offer different ticket categories, including Early Bird, Wave 1, Wave 2, Final Wave, Group Tickets, VIP Tickets and other categories. Ticket categories may have limited quantities. Once a category sells out, DELETEBXL is not required to make additional tickets available at the same price. Differences between ticket prices or ticket waves do not entitle purchasers to reimbursement of the price difference.

7. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be limited by ticket type, quantity or validity period. Promotional codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase, may not be combined unless explicitly stated, may be restricted from certain ticket categories, and may be cancelled in cases of abuse or misuse.

8. Group Tickets

Group tickets admit only the number of guests specified in the ticket description. Where one QR code is issued for an entire group, all members of the group must enter together unless otherwise approved by DELETEBXL. Partial entry, repeated scanning or separate arrival may not be supported. Unused admissions within a group ticket are not refundable.

9. VIP Tickets

VIP tickets provide access to the additional benefits, services or areas specifically stated in the relevant ticket description at the time of purchase. VIP access remains subject to venue capacity, safety requirements, operational restrictions and venue rules. A VIP ticket does not guarantee a specific seat, table, viewing position, drink, service or other benefit unless this is explicitly stated in the relevant ticket description. VIP benefits are personal to the ticket holder and may not be transferred separately from the ticket unless otherwise permitted by DELETEBXL.

10. Ticket Transfer & Resale

Tickets may only be transferred or resold where permitted by the ticketing platform and applicable law. DELETEBXL is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties, unofficial resale channels or fraudulent sellers. Tickets that are duplicated, fraudulently obtained, cancelled or already scanned may be rejected.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings. DELETEBXL is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Any cloakroom service is subject to the venue’s own conditions.

12. Photography, Video & Media Use

Photography and video recording may take place during DELETEBXL events. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be captured during the event, including crowd footage, atmosphere footage and general event content in which guests may appear. Such content may subsequently be edited, published, reproduced, distributed or shared by DELETEBXL for promotional, editorial, archival and marketing purposes, including on social media, the DELETEBXL website, event pages, ticketing platforms, promotional advertisements, recap videos, aftermovies, event galleries, digital or printed promotional materials, and other official DELETEBXL communication channels. Where an individual guest is deliberately selected, staged or featured as the principal subject of promotional content, additional consent may be requested where appropriate. Guests who do not wish to be deliberately photographed or filmed are encouraged to inform the photographer, videographer or a member of the DELETEBXL team during the event. DELETEBXL will handle photographs and video recordings in accordance with applicable privacy and image-right laws.

13. Behaviour & Safety

DELETEBXL has zero tolerance for violence, harassment, discrimination, unwanted sexual behaviour or conduct that threatens the safety, dignity or enjoyment of other guests. Guests engaging in such behaviour may be removed immediately without refund.

14. Alcohol & Bar Service

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are sold and served by the venue. All bar service remains subject to Belgian law, venue policy and decisions made by venue staff. The venue may refuse to serve alcohol where appropriate, including in cases of intoxication or safety concerns. DELETEBXL is not responsible for individual bar-service decisions made by venue staff.

15. Liability

DELETEBXL will take reasonable measures in connection with the organisation of the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable Belgian law. Guests remain responsible for consequences arising from their own actions, misconduct, failure to follow safety instructions or violation of venue rules.

16. Force Majeure

DELETEBXL will not be responsible for failure, cancellation or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control. These may include governmental restrictions, serious security incidents, extreme weather, transport disruption, emergency situations, public-safety measures or other force-majeure events. Any refund, postponement or cancellation resulting from such circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the procedures of the relevant ticketing platform.

17. Personal Data

Personal data provided when purchasing a ticket may be processed for purposes including ticket administration, event communication, fraud prevention, security, customer support and operational communication relating to the event. Data processed through the ticketing platform may also be subject to that platform’s privacy policy. Marketing communications will only be sent where legally permitted and, where required, with appropriate consent.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, receiving, transferring or using a DELETEBXL ticket, the purchaser and ticket holder confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
